What methods of payment do you accept?

Payment can be made with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Visa/MasterCard Debit or with PayPal. We use the PayPal payment processor for credit card payments. You do not need a PayPal account to pay by credit card; simply scroll to the bottom of the PayPal page and select “pay by credit card.”

What is your Gift Product Warranty?

Imagination prides itself on selling high quality gifting products. All Imagination products are covered by a “Material and Manufacturing Defect Warranty” for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover excessive wear and tear and/or products that were used outside their intended purpose. If a product is found to be defective after inspection by Imagination, we will replace the product with an existing comparable model at our discretion. What is your Tobacco Product Warranty?

We will replace or refund an unused package, within 90 days or purchase. Please refer to our shipping and returns page for more information. 

Do you offer gift cards?

We do not offer gift cards at this time.

How do I place a wholesale/retail order?

Can I buy your products instore? 

Imagination gifting products are available through our online store only. Ceremonial Tobacco can be ordered any time online in Alberta, Saskatchewan, British Columbia and Manitoba. It can also be purchased in Calgary at our retail store, located at:

  • Southland Cigar/Computer Geeks/Canada Post, 400 - 9737 Macleod Trail SW (West of Walmart, across Macleod Trail in the strip mall, beside the Wild Rose Cat Clinic).

    How old do I have to be to order ceremonial tobacco?

    You must be 18 years of age to purchase ceremonial tobacco, in SK, AB, MB, and 19 in BC. 

    Do you sell in my province?

    Imagination gifting products are available for shipment across Canada. Ceremonial Tobacco is available in Alberta, Saskatchewan, British Columbia and Manitoba.

    How much tobacco should I order at one time?

    Our tobacco is organic, with no preservatives, and can be safely stored for up to one year in a cool, dry place. Tobacco will maintain optimal freshness for one year but it’s medicinal properties will remain the same beyond one year.
